Two years after my husband and I got married, we welcomed our first son into the world. Three years later, another son joined our family, and then another, and another and another... we became a family of seven (plus our boy-dog, Cash).
I was the only girl in a house full of energetic boys, I felt outnumbered and, to be honest, a bit unqualified for the task ahead.
My love for these boys ran deep, and I was determined to raise them into resilient, happy, moral, and confident men. I wanted them to embrace values like love for God, love for America, and, most importantly, love for each other.
However, the messages from society were overwhelming and often contradictory. Everyone seemed to have an opinion on what boys and men should or shouldn't be.
How was I supposed to navigate the challenges of anxiety, friendships, sports, media, and those tumultuous teenage years? I found myself overwhelmed, frustrated, and constantly worried.
Then, I discovered the world of coaching and everything changed for me and my family!
Coaching made so much sense, helping me tap into my own confidence.
I came to realize that I was the expert in my own life, possessing all the skills, talents, and abilities needed to navigate the complexities of my family and raise these amazing boys. I began to invest in myself and soon realized the investment was improving our whole family.
I wanted to shout from the rooftops that the key to raising strong sons is improving the strength of the moms. I didn't have to spend my energy changing them, what a relief!
I learned how to navigate the challenges of media, friendships, dating, and the rollercoaster of emotions, all while genuinely enjoying my relationship with each of my sons.
This impacted my life so much that I became a professionally certified life coach.
Today, my passion is helping moms like you stop feeling like you're doing it all wrong. Together, we'll discover that you already possess the power to nurture strong, resilient, and loving sons.
Your journey begins now, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
